I deeply care about every person who walks through my doors, not just as a patient but as someone with unique goals, challenges, and stories. I strive to be the provider women can turn to when they feel like no one else understands - the trusted advocate for people of all ages and stages, offering a space where they can feel heard, supported, and truly cared for.

Raised in Tri-Cities, WA, I found my passion for physical therapy early on. I pursued my education at Eastern Washington University, graduating Cum Laude ad Majorem with a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and a Minor in Health Services Administration. As a proud member of Gamma Phi Beta, I built lasting connections rooted in leadership and service. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound, followed by continuing education focused on pelvic floor health, prenatal and postpartum care, nutrition, chronic pelvic pain, chronic lower back pain and return to sport.

My dedication to pelvic health stems from personal experience. Like many of the women I treat, I have faced my own struggles - PCOS, endometriosis, food sensitivities, and chronic constipation. These challenges have deepened my understanding and strengthened my commitment to ensuring that every patient feels validated and empowered in their care. No one should feel dismissed or unheard in their health journey, and I’m here to change that.

Outside of my practice, my world revolves around my family. After years of fertility struggles, my husband and I were blessed with a daughter and three boys. In our home, you’ll find me immersed in Harry Potter, laughing through video games, dancing, singing, and getting lost in a good murder mystery.

Helping women reclaim their health and confidence is more than my job, it’s my passion. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands, I’m here for you.
