All physical therapy services are covered under out-of-network benefits.  Every patient will be provided with a superbill they can use to submit for insurance reimbursement if they wish to do so.

**Note: We are currently unable to see Medicare patients**

Still have questions about out-of-network coverage and reimbursement? Here are some helpful questions you can ask your insurance.

• Do I have out-of-network benefits for physical therapy?

• Do I have an out-of-network deductible? What is it?

• Have I met my out-of-network deductible for the year? If not, how far away am I from meeting the deductible?

• Is there paperwork that must be filled out when submitting out-of-network claims? If so, do you provide that paperwork or where would I find it?

• Do I need to be pre-certified, have a prescription or have a physician referral for physical therapy sessions in order to receive reimbursement?
